Policies

Deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your event is required at the time of booking.
  This deposit is non-refundable.
The final payment for the event will be due two (2) weeks prior to the event. You will indemnify the church and be responsible for damages and security if needed.

Alcohol may be served WITH RESTRICTIONS.

No rice, birdseed, or smoking is allowed in the building.

Confetti is prohibited in the reception area.

Only silk flower petals are permitted in the center aisle in the chapel area.

We book only one (1) wedding and/or reception a weekend.

We do not have a preferred vendor list so you may select any caterer of your choice.

We have pastors available or you may provide your own.
